Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
• The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and unused to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Due to the personal nature of skincare and body products, we cannot accept returns for used products unless there is a quality or safety concern.

2. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning the product unless it was damaged or defective upon arrival.

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Products:

If your muscle rub arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly offer a replacement or a full refund in such cases, including covering any return shipping costs.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Products that have been used, opened, or are not in their original condition.
• Items purchased on sale or with a discount are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.
